Our Foundation — Connection Creates Possibility

ConnectEvery was founded to strengthen connections between children, educators, families and the professionals who support them.

Inclusion is not simply about children being present in an early learning environment. It is about creating genuine opportunities for belonging, participation, relationships and meaningful engagement.

We recognise that children's behaviour is a form of communication, influenced by their development, relationships, experiences, environments and individual needs.

Our work is grounded in strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming and relationship-focused practice. We support educators to explore what behaviour may be communicating, respond with empathy and understanding, and develop proactive approaches that strengthen connection and co-regulation.

We value the knowledge and experience educators already bring to their roles. Through collaborative reflection and practical guidance, we build on those strengths and support meaningful changes in everyday practice.

We believe that when educators are supported, relationships are strengthened and environments become more responsive, new possibilities can emerge for children and the people around them.

ConnectEvery is a NSW-based early childhood consultancy focused on strengthening inclusive practice, positive behaviour guidance, educator capability and meaningful participation for every child.

We work collaboratively with early childhood educators, educational leaders and service directors to connect professional knowledge with practical, relationship-based approaches that can be embedded into everyday learning environments.

Our philosophy recognises behaviour as communication and values the strengths, experiences and individual needs of every child.

ConnectEvery provides tailored consultancy and professional learning services focused on inclusion, behaviour guidance and strengthening educator practice.

Our services include inclusion consultancy, positive behaviour guidance and emotional regulation, educator mentoring and coaching, reflective service reviews, professional development workshops and individualised inclusion and educator consultation.

These services are delivered through our four support pathways: Connect & Discover, Connect & Guide, Connect & Grow and Connect & Transform.

Each pathway offers a different level of support, helping services select an approach suited to their priorities.

Early childhood education and care services may be eligible for support through government inclusion initiatives, including the Australian Government's Inclusion Support Program.

Eligibility, funding purposes and application requirements depend on the relevant program.

ConnectEvery can discuss your service's inclusion priorities and identify considerations you may wish to raise with the relevant program provider.

ConnectEvery is an independent consultancy, not a government-funded Inclusion Agency. Services should confirm funding eligibility and whether consultancy fees are an approved expense directly with the relevant funding administrator before making financial commitments.

ConnectEvery recognises that every early childhood service has different priorities and support needs.

Some services may benefit from a focused consultation, while others may require ongoing mentoring, professional learning or a more comprehensive approach to practice improvement.

We can discuss the support you are seeking and help identify an appropriate service or package.

Yes. ConnectEvery supports early childhood services to reflect on existing practices, recognise strengths, identify barriers and establish achievable priorities for improvement.

Our consultancy can draw on relevant principles within the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF V2.0).

Through collaborative reflection, professional learning and practical guidance, we support educators and leadership teams to strengthen inclusive practice and develop approaches that can be sustained within everyday service operations.

Our focus is on meaningful improvement, rather than simply preparing documentation for assessment and rating. ConnectEvery does not conduct regulatory assessments or determine quality ratings.

ConnectEvery places a strong emphasis on connecting professional knowledge with practical implementation.

We recognise that meaningful change requires more than providing information. Educators benefit from opportunities to reflect, explore strategies, strengthen relationships and apply their learning within real early childhood environments.

Our approach combines collaborative consultation, observation, mentoring and professional learning, with particular attention to inclusion, behaviour as communication, co-regulation and educator confidence.

Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, we work alongside services to identify priorities, build on existing strengths and support achievable improvements that educators can continue to use in their everyday practice.
